Someone is channeling William Girdler’s Day of the Animals…
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Columbia Pictures and Original Films are shepherding a spec script entitled Animals. Assistant district attorney-turned-scribe Mike Sobel penned the screenplay which will be produced by Neil Moritz (Prom Night).
The conceit is this: The world’s animals turn on humans. Soak it in. No other plot details were revealed, but that synopsis should let your imagination run wild for a while.
