Limited theatrical release planned

Director Roar Uthaug’s horror film Cold Prey (Fritt Vilt) is getting a limited U.S. theatrical release thanks to a recent acquisition deal through Leomax Entertainment.
Penned by Thomas Moldestad, this Norwegian thriller – about a group of snowboarders trapped in an abandoned ski lodge with a bloody past – opened in its home country in October 2006, various film festival screenings followed. Leomax will release “Prey” through their genre banner Indigomotion – no date has been set.
The company has a distribution arrangement with Starz Home Entertainment so expect Anchor Bay Home Entertainment to handle DVD release duties.
