Based on the Capcom video game
The Weinstein Company has signed Eric Valette, who directed Warner Bros.’ upcoming One Missed Call remake, to helm horror-thriller Clock Tower, based on the Capcom video game. Eric Poppen (Borderland) is adapting for the big screen.
In the film, a young woman in a mental hosptial seeks the help of an acclaimed psychiatrist. With his help, she digs deeper into her horrifying affliction (she has terrifying visions) and discovers that she may be haunted by an ancient ghost connected to her family’s horrifying past.
Brad Luff, Nicole Rocklin and Anthony Mosawi are producing.
