Part of 3-night “Fear Fest”
Smell that? That’s Halloween season programming just around the corner. The time when that Charlie Brown kid learns about the “Great Pumpkin” and the boob tube is overloading with more fright fare than you can handle.
Starz passed along the news that they’re kicking off their fourth annual “Fear Fest” with a new documentary entitled “Bloodsucking Cinema.” As the title hints at, this piece will cast a perceptive eye on big screen vamps and will feature interviews with directors John Carpenter (Vampires), Len Wiseman (Underworld, Underworld: Evolution), John Landis (Innocent Blood) and Joel Schumacher (The Lost Boys), actors Kristanna Loken (BloodRayne), Stuart Townsend (Queen of the Damned), and critics Leonard Maltin and Harry Knowles.
