Untitled thriller in the works
Open Water‘s Chris Kentis and Laura Lau may be heading to dry land but they’re plunging into the depths of the dark human psyche in a new thriller they’ve got set up at Paramount Vantage.
Filming begins in early ’08.
Right now, there’s not title, but the film follows a woman who “is arrested for a crime she didn’t commit and plunged into a state of confusion and psychological terror as she defends herself.”
Kentis and Lau will echo the duties they pulled on their 2003 shark-infested indie flick “Water,” with the former writing and directing and Lau producing.
