Actress’ horror streak continues
Question. If your film’s title bears a striking resemblence to a recent horror flop, would you want to retain that moniker? We’d think not.
That said, we wonder if the makers of a new Canadian production entitled Captive will hold that unfavorable identity through to its eventual release.
Moviehole got word that Melissa George (30 Days of Night) is set to star in this pic written and directed by Amanda Gusack. Here’s the plot crunch:
The happily married mother of a 6-year-old boy, Jaime Taylor regains consciousness after a bad car accident and finds herself being held captive in a remote waterfront warehouse by the mysterious Vince, a masked killer whose shocking revelations are about to turn her formerly safe and orderly existence upside down.
