Anchor Bay to re-issue Italian horror titles
Anchor Bay Entertainment has announced they are re-releasing Lamberto Bava’s “awesomely ’80s” Demons (’85) and Demons 2 (’86) on DVD September 25th.
The first film, written by Bava and Argento, follows a band of survivors in a movie theater during a demonic attack. A year later, the Italian duo, tried to capture that successful malevolent force in a bottle twice with a follow-up that placed a similar scenario in an apartment complex.
Both discs will retail for around $14.95 and boast 1.66:1 anamorphic widescreen transfers. We’ll update you with cover art when it arrives!
