A full pic of Jones from the Barker film
Last week brought us a rough look at Vinnie Jones as Mahogany from Clive Barker’s Midnight Meat Train. The Books of Blood story is getting the big screen treatment via Lakeshore Entertainment and director Ryuhei Kitamura (Versus, Godzilla: Final Wars) and Shock had a man on the set to partake in all of the bloody events it had to offer (and trust us, our correspondent said it was a gory experience). The folks behind the film have exclusively presented to Shock a clean, complete still of Jones that finally does the pic some justice and hints at Mahogany’s methodical nature.
At the moment, Midnight Meat Train is eyeing a 2008 bow from Lionsgate. Bradley Cooper stars as an inquisitive photographer who comes across Mahogany, a butcher who uses the subway system as his killing floor. But who is he killing for and where is he delivering the meat of his victims?
