Lussier on board to direct
Actor Tyrese Gibson (Transformers) is putting on his producing cap for Condition Dead, a script from newcomer Dave Davis that concerns a team of zombie hunters, bankrolled by Uncle Sam, who are up against an undead menace they’ve never encountered before. Heavy on the action, heavy on the horror – a recent press release likens “Condition” to something akin to James Camerson’s Aliens. Gibson is producing with Clint Morris (Howl) of Moviehole.net fame and Rock Shaink (The Seed). Enlisted to direct is Wes Craven’s favorite editor, Patrick Lussier, who has led a few films of his own including Dracula 2000 and White Noise 2: The Light.
Casting is expected to commence soon so stay tuned.
