Our forever freak friends at Full Moon studios are dedicated to creating awesome lowbrow exploitation junk, the kind that yo mama used to make, and show no signs of quitting. God bless ’em. Their latest morally questionable trashterpiece is the 6th in their venerable stoner comedy/fantasy/horror series Evil Bong — Evil Bong 666 to be exact — and, in what is becoming a ritual for these films, the studio will once more be releasing the movie on April 20th (4/20) of this year on Amazon, Full Moon Streaming and DVD.
But! All the crazy cats, kittens and kooks who made Evil Bong 666 — both in front of the lens and behind — are throwing a release party screening on 4/20 – that’s this Thursday – at the legendary Raleigh Studios and they want to open the doors to a select number of fans to hang with them and see the movie first and on a big screen. Probably the only time in recorded history that you’ll get a chance to see Evil Bong 666 like this!
Synopsis: The bong is BACK! Back from Hell, that is! Everyone’s favorite iconic and evil bong, Eebee, returns in the new, hellaciously dark Full Moon fantasy comedy. This time, she’s brought sexy demons, stoner creatures, and a brand new, freakish Full Moon puppet you’ll have to see to believe! When a brutal blood sacrifice opens a portal to Hell, Eebee and The Gingerdead Man are returned to Earth. But his trip to Hell has driven Gingerdead even more insane, and unless someone can stop his murderous cookie-cuttin’ rampage he’s gonna ruin Eebee’s plans for world domination.In a last-minute fit of inspiration Eebee channels her inner Dr. Frankenstein and creates The Gingerweed Man! A tiny, cobbled together monster made from the greatest strains of weed on earth, this little killer is ready to get high with a little help from his friends!
