Devil May Cry trailer confirms its Netflix release date

Devil May Cry will be released on Netflix on April 3, 2025.

The upcoming series’ short trailer recently dropped, which began with sinister forces regarding Dante as a top-level threat. They want him out of their way as they plan to conquer the world and bring the age of demons. The monsters then open a portal and cause terror and chaos in the world. Soon, the White Rabbit reveals his intentions of descending on the city and causing deaths. But before that, he wants to deal with Dante.

Later on, Dante alone stands against a whole army of dark forces, taking them down one by one while also showcasing his cool fighting moves. No matter his best attempts, he has a hard time stopping the forces from destroying the world soon. As the city is burning around him, Dante looks in regret but receives a surprising visit. The end teases his meeting with his older twin brother, Vergil.

The series is created by Adi Shankar, renowned for his works in Castlevania and Guardians of Justice. The voice cast is as follows: Johnny Yong Bosch as Dante, Scout Taylor-Compton as Lady, Hoon Lee as the White Rabbit, Kevin Conroy as VP Baines, Chris Coppola as Enzo Ferino and Robbie Daymond as Vergil.

Fans must have a valid Netflix plan to begin streaming the upcoming series. This is because Netflix doesn’t offer a free trial.
