The divorce settlement was filed in court on March 10, with both parties choosing to forgo their right to request spousal support.

In the official documents, Emily Osment cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for her divorce from Jack Anthony. The Young Sheldon alum also listed December 7, 2024, as their official date of separation. The couple, who had a prenuptial agreement in place, did not share any children or joint assets.
Discussing her decision to divorce Anthony in an earlier interview, Osment stated, “I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision. Ultimately, it didn’t work out.”
Prior to their divorce, Emily Osment and Jack Anthony largely kept their relationship out of the media spotlight. After dating for some time, Anthony proposed to Osment during their trip to Yosemite National Park in California in 2023. They eventually exchanged vows in a beautiful wedding ceremony on October 12, 2024, before deciding to part ways just five months later.
