Dimoldenberg decided to break the hearts of millions of fans hoping for a romance between the two and said, “I don’t think it’s going to happen. Otherwise, I would be going out with him already, wouldn’t I?”
She further looked back at the dynamic she and Garfield shared during their Chicken Shop Date episode from October 2024. Dimoldenberg appreciated that fans loved their chemistry and told the outlet, “I was being real. He’s an actor, so I didn’t know what was going through his head. But I was being somewhat true. And afterward, it was, like, ‘People are really liking this, actually.'”
