Jana Kramer recently reflected on her decision to get breast implants, admitting she isn’t sure if it was entirely for herself. On the February 23 episode of her Whine Down podcast, the country singer discussed the topic with guest Kristen Brust, who was considering a breast reduction and lift.
Kramer reassured Brust that cosmetic procedures could be a personal choice. She said, “I don’t find it superficial at all in wanting to get a lift and so that you can have that confidence.” While Kramer supported Brust’s choice, she shared her own doubts about her past decision. “My biggest regret with my boobs is that I don’t know if I solely did it for me,” she said.
The singer reflected on how her past marriage influenced her decision. She recalled her ex-husband’s alleged repeated infidelity and how comparing herself to the women he cheated with made her consider the surgery. Kramer explained, “So when I was presented with it, I thought about it for a while, like, ‘Maybe if I had bigger boobs, he wouldn’t cheat, or he’d find me sexier or something like that.’”
Kramer explained that she eventually felt the decision was truly for herself. After having two children, she noticed significant changes in her body and admitted feeling self-conscious when others reacted to those changes. Looking back, she acknowledged enjoying the change, especially after her divorce. She said, “Obviously, I loved it. I had a lot of fun with them post-divorce.”
Kramer was previously married to ex-NFL player Mike Caussin, with whom she shares two children. She is now married to Allan Russell, with whom she welcomed her third child in 2023.
