Hulu’s new TV and movie releases for March 3-9 2025 include The Gutter and Classified.
On March 4, Tuesday, The Gutter arrives on Hulu. This is a comedy film directed by Yassir and Isaiah Lester, with the former also serving as the screenplay writer. The story follows a man named Walt, who befriends a pro-Bowler. In their search for who could be the GOAT of the lanes, they navigate complex issues like racism, alcoholism, and Linda “The Crusher” Curson, a bowling star who has come out of retirement.
March 7, Thursday, brings Classified to Hulu. Roel Reine directed this action-thriller film from Bob DeRosa’s script. The story follows a veteran CIA hitman, who learns that his boss has been deceased for years. With the help of his estranged daughter, an MI6 analyst, he tries to discover whose orders he has been carrying out since his boss’ demise.
Also releasing on Hulu this week are the films Confessions of a Shopaholic and Notes On A Scandal.
Confessions of a Shopaholic follows Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher), a woman addicted to shopping, with dreams of working for her favorite fashion magazine. Her life changes when she gets a job as advice columnist for a financial magazine, published by the same company responsible for her fashion magazine.
Meanwhile, Notes on A Scandal follows the friendship of an older high school teacher and a young art teacher, the latter of whom is having an affair with one of her students, a 15-year-old. The burgeoning friendship between the two teachers is made complex by the older teacher desiring the younger one romantically and sexually.
Moreover, Babylon and Babylon En Español are dropping on Hulu this week.
