However, Elizabeth refuses to give up and continues her investigation. She further inspects Cyrus’ dustbin where she comes across boxes and an order for syringe boxes by Paul Damascus. Later, Cyrus calls the hospital enquiring about Elizabeth as he wants to thank her for looking after her mother. Soon, he learns that Elizabeth has left for home. He hides a syringe in his pocket, suggesting his dangerous intentions.
