AMC
AMC is the first theatre to offer an indie-studio film-inspired popcorn bucket. It revealed the first look of the terrifying merch on its Instagram handle. Made of plastic and tin, the popcorn bucket is a replica of the cursed monkey on which the movie is based. The toy appears to be playing a drum, which can be filled with your favorite snacks. The vessel is set to release on February 20, 2025, a day before the movie officially hits theatres. It will be available in all AMC theatres across the US. It is priced at $ 48.95 per AMC.
Alamo Drafthouse Merch
Instead of a popcorn bucket, Alamo Drafthouse is set to release a new merch. The theater will be partnering with Neon to launch exclusive pint glass. The product features promotional material for The Monkey, including the cursed toy and the movie’s name in a terrifying font. Mutant’s Matt Taylor officially designs the glass. It is priced at $20. It can either be purchased with tickets or separately.
Cinemark
Cinemark offers a simple 130-oz aluminum popcorn bucket that features the movie’s name and the cursed toy. It’s priced at $15 and comes with a free refill. It will be made available at all Cinemark theatres.
