Both Thanos and Sentry are incredibly strong figures in the MCU and comics. However, Sentry has an added advantage and is much stronger because of his powers of flight, energy absorption and redirection, as well as indestructibility.
Sentry’s alternate evil persona, The Void is much stronger than regular Sentry or Thanos. This is aided by The Void’s lack of morals and malicious personality. In the comics, The Void was strong enough to crush all of Hulk’s bones.
Moreover, The Void is also virtually unkillable, as he managed to survive being thrown into the Sun by Sentry and a lightning bolt unleashed on him by Thor, in the comics. He is also capable of resurrecting himself.

In addition to his impressive superhuman strength, durability, stamina, and speed, Sentry possesses an array of powers like flight, energy manipulation, teleportation, and photokinesis that give him an edge over Thanos.
When it comes to The Void and Thanos, the latter will no doubt lose even if his abilities are enhanced by the Infinity Gauntlet. This is because The Void not only possesses all the abilities Sentry has but also additional abilities like intangibility, allowing him to phase through people and inflict immense pain on them, and infini tendrils, which upon stabbing people can traumatize them with horrific visions of the past, present and future.
