The reality star couple, who first got together in 2018 and tied the knot in 2019, are already parents to two children, three-year-old daughter Nora, and 19-month-old son Lucas. Jennifer and Zac Affleck recently confirmed in an interview that they are expecting their third baby.
“I was a few days late, and while it was a surprise, we both had a feeling there was another baby waiting for us,” Jennifer told People. The reality star added that the family is “excited” and felt a wide range of emotions upon learning of the pregnancy.
Jennifer Affleck then opened up about how her eldest child Nora had been hoping that the new baby was a girl as she’s eager to get a younger sister. Jennifer also mentioned that she and Zac Affleck were waiting until delivery to find out the gender of their third child. However, she also spoke about her strong belief that the new baby would be a girl. “I’ve dreamed about this little girl for a while now,” she said. “And I truly believe she’s the one I’m carrying.”
She also opened up about how her pregnancy was challenging on a mental and physical level. “It’s definitely been chaotic, no doubt about it,” she added. She further mentioned how the pregnancy had only contributed to her work stress and the challenges that came with motherhood. Additionally, she also called this pregnancy her “hardest.”
Jennifer Affleck also spoke of the backlash against The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 1, mentioning that it not only created trouble in her marriage but also deeply affected her mental health. She also pointed out that there was more to their story, but chose not to share all the details.
