As such, he is, in many ways analogous to Marvel’s Nick Fury or DC’s Amanda Waller. Both lead or are high-ranking officials of powerful organizations of their respective universes, S.H.I.E.L.D. and A.R.G.U.S.
Despite this, Cecil Stedman is not without a traumatic or dark past.
