Galactus (Confirmed)
Galactus is a cosmic entity that feeds on planets to survive. In The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Galactus’s herald, the Silver Surfer, will arrive first to search for planets for his master’s consumption. It is speculated that the giant might end up devouring the planet at the end of the film.
Since Galactus is too large for any actor to physically portray, viewers will mostly hear his voice, provided by Ralph Ineson.
Red Ghost (Reported)
As fans are aware, John Malkovich’s character in the film has not been revealed yet. However, many are speculating him to play the role of Red Ghost aka Ivan Kragoff, another one of the reported Fantastic Four villains. As per the original comics, Ivan is a Russian scientist who was studying Cosmic Rays. His real goal was to recreate the accident that helped the Fantastic Four get powers.
Mole Man (Reported)
Similar to Malkovich, Paul Walter Hauser’s character is under wraps. According to The InSneider, he will play Mole Man, aka Harvey Rupert Elder. The heroes will defeat him in the film’s opening sequence.

Doctor Doom (Rumor)
As per the announcement that fans know of, Robert Downey Jr. will take on the role of Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday. He comes from an alternate world beyond Earth-616, a realm reminiscent of the setting in The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
According to a post from scooper Daniel Rictman on X (formerly Twitter), Doctor Doom is rumored to appear in a post-credits scene in the film.
