Hulu‘s new TV and movie releases for January 20-26 2025 include the films Arcadian and City of Dreams.
Both Arcadian and City of Dreams arrive on Hulu on January 24.
Arcadian is set in a post-apocalyptic world and follows Paul (Nicolas Cage), and his two sons (Jaeden Martell and Maxwell Jenkins), who start encountering dangerous monsters at night. After Paul is nearly killed, his boys take it upon themselves to find ways to survive, using every trick taught to them by their father.
City of Dreams, directed by Mohit Ramchandani, follows a Mexican youngster with ambitions to become an incredible soccer player. Unfortunately, his life dramatically changes when his mother passes away. Smugglers come in and take him outside of Mexico with the promise of a better life, only to pawn him off to a sweatshop, based in Los Angeles.
Also being released this week is the Korean film Sleep. This is a horror-thriller mystery movie following a married couple. Their lives change when the husband develops a dangerous sleeptalking habit that spirals out of control.
