Denise Richards’ Husband Aaron Phypers Sued For Alleged Fraud — Reports

Aaron Phypers, Denise Richards‘ husband, is facing legal action over a lawsuit filed by Rupert Perry, accusing him of fraud and breach of contract. The lawsuit relates to the treatment Phypers provided at his wellness center to Perry’s late wife, who passed away in 2024.

Here’s what we know about the lawsuit and the allegations against Phypers, Denise Richards’ husband.

Aaron Phypers sued for alleged fraud

Aaron Phypers, the husband of actress Denise Richards, is facing a lawsuit for alleged fraud and breach of vocal contract.

The lawsuit, filed by Rupert Perry on November 13, 2024, accuses Phypers of breaching a verbal agreement related to treatment at his wellness center, Quantum 360, in Malibu. Perry’s wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall, received cancer treatment at the center in 2023. She passed away in May 2024.

The lawsuit states that Katsioula-Beall, diagnosed with Sarcoma in 2019, sought stem cell treatment at Phypers’ facility. Perry claims Phypers promised the treatment would “cure or at least ameliorate [Katsioula-Beall’s] condition” and had a 98% success rate. Phypers also allegedly promised a 50% refund of the $126,000 if the treatment failed. (via PEOPLE)

Katsioula-Beall received treatment between July and September 2023. By December, her tumors had expanded by 25%. Perry claims that when they requested a $63,000 refund, Phypers ignored their request and suggested additional treatment. Subsequent refund requests in February, March, and April 2024 were also ignored. During a June 28, 2024 phone call, Phypers allegedly acknowledged the debt but gave excuses for not paying.

Perry argues that Phypers’ actions were “intentional, willful, and done for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights,” and requests a jury trial. Phypers has not yet responded to the lawsuit, and it is unclear whether his wellness center is still in operation.

Phypers’ wellness center, Quantum 360, has previously drawn attention for its unconventional approach to health treatments. He discussed his methods in a 2020 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, stating, “Everything you’ve been taught about how diseases process and stuff works is not true.”

He further explained his perspective on cancer, claiming, “It’s your best friend that protected you from something…I’ll prove it all day long.”
