Skip Bayless, Fox, and several others have been named in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles. Filed by Noushin Faraji, a hairstylist who reportedly worked for Fox Sports between 2012 and August 2024, the 42-page lawsuit accuses Bayless of inappropriately touching Faraji and offering her $1.5M to have sex with him. The lawsuit also claims that Fox Network executive Charlie Dixon committed sexual battery against Faraji.

The lawsuit, which was filed on Friday, January 3, 2025, alleges that Bayless gave Faraji “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts” after they started working together on Undisputed. Faraji claims that she rebuffed Bayless’ advances, making it clear that she did not “date at work” and telling him that she had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
However, according to the lawsuit, these interactions didn’t deter Bayless’ advances, and he made a proposition of giving Faraji $1.5 million for sex.
At one point, Faraji reportedly reminded Bayless that he had a wife, allegedly prompting him to respond, “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?” (via Newsweek)
The lawsuit further claims Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon groped Faraji while they were at a West Hollywood birthday party. When Faraji informed FS1 host Joy Taylor about the incident, she was allegedly told to “get over it.”
According to the lawsuit, Taylor insulted Faraji “on a personal and professional level” and ridiculed her for her English pronunciation.
The lawsuit mentions that Faraji was fired from her job in 2024 for “fabricated” reasons and didn’t say anything until now due to fears of repercussions. (via AP News)
Bayless, Taylor, Dixon, Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, and several other individuals have been listed as defendants in the lawsuit, which seeks class-action status on Faraji and others’ behalf, a jury trial, and yet undisclosed monetary damages for Faraji.
