While delivering her monologue at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, Nikki Glaser pulled no punches when addressing Timothee Chalamet’s mustache. “You have the most gorgeous eyelashes on your upper lip,” Glaser joked. “I think this is such a good look.” Chalamet was then shown laughing awkwardly alongside his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, who was attending the event with him.
Glaser then praised Chalamet for his performance as Bob Dylan in the musical biopic A Complete Unknown. The 29-year-old actor was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama. However, he lost to The Brutalist’s Adrien Brody.
Glaser did not stop at the mustache, however. She further joked reading somewhere that Chalamet’s singing voice was “so accurate” to Dylan’s that Dylan himself admitted “it was absolutely horrible.”
The comedian continued roasting Chalamet, pointing out how he was good at playing eccentric characters like Willy Wonka. She then jokingly asked if Adam Sandler was next. Glaser then claimed that Chalamet’s name sounded like something Sandler would say, following up with her imitating Sandler’s voice and saying, “Chalomet, ah Timothee Chalomet.”
Glaser then turned to Sandler himself, who was also attending the event, and asked him to say “Chalomet,” to which the Happy Gilmore star obliged.
