James Kennedy, the Vanderpump Rules star, has been arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. The DJ was taken into custody late Tuesday night at his Burbank, California, residence after an argument with a woman prompted a call to authorities.
According to a statement from the Burbank Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene around 11:30 p.m. A police spokesperson said, “The investigation determined it was a domestic incident, leading to [Kennedy’s] arrest. [Kennedy] was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and later posted bail. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office.” (via PEOPLE)
