During the climax of the film, The Foreigner confronts and fights Kraven. The former then puts the latter in a hypnotic trance that makes Kraven see himself surrounded by his greatest fear, spiders. Fortunately for Kraven, Calypso arrives and drives an arrow between The Foreigner’s eyes, killing him and freeing Kraven. Calypso then uses a dose of her mysterious potion to help Kraven recover and bring him back to his senses.
