What happened between Lulu and Dante on General Hospital?
Lulu and Dante finally reunite in the December 2, 2024, episode of General Hospital. However, they were in for a sinister surprise.
The latest episode of the soap finally saw Lulu come out of her coma. Her son Rocco was there to welcome her, and he revealed to his mother that she had been in a coma for the past four years. Besides being shocked upon hearing this, Lulu was also overwhelmed with happiness over seeing his son again. Little did she know that she was in for yet another treat.
When Dante made his entrance, he couldn’t believe that Lulu was standing there alive and well. Upon the passing of the initial shock, Lulu rushed to hug her ex-husband. As she was about to jump in his arms, Lulu tripped and was about to fall. But Dante was there to catch her before she could trip, instantly reminding viewers of their sizzling chemistry.
Meanwhile, Lucky and Laura struggle to get hold of Lulu after she goes missing. Lulu, however, had caught up with Dante. She tells him she had hitchhiked to Port Charles soon after waking up. In their conversation, Lulu began piecing things together as she remembered how the explosion caused her to go into a coma. She also came to know of her liver transplant. On the other hand, Dante decided not to burden her with the news about Sam, seeing that she was still fragile.
As the two were catching up in the Quartermaine living room, little did they know they had a visitor lurking nearby. It is revealed that Danny is standing behind the doorway, listening to their conversation. Needless to say, he was feeling distraught knowing that Rocco’s mother was back while his own mother lost her life saving hers. The teaser for the next episode will deal with the aftermath of Lulu’s return and how it will affect the rest of the characters.
