She explained, “Long story short, she’s a very special dog to me, as you all know. And when the love of my life came into my life, Tom, who is also a mega dog lover, moved across the country with his beautiful German Shepherd, Blue.”
She elaborated that unfortunately Shirley and Blue used to get into “massive fights,” which led to her rehoming her. The situation got so out of hand for the actress, that her dog was even “determined to kill” her beau’s dog.
