From 2024, Marvel Studios will be presenting numerous animated shows for its global fanbase. This includes What If…? Season 3, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Eyes of Wakanda, and Marvel Zombies.
What If…? Season 3
What If…? Season 3’s release date is December 22, 2024. It will be the final installment in the franchise. The show is loosely based on the Marvel comics of the same name. The animated series takes place after the establishment of the multiverse in the finale of Loki Season 1. It explores the alternative version of some of the significant moments from the Marvel Cinematic Universe as observed by Watcher. Season 3 will feature Red Guardian-centric events, the Avengers’s battle against Mega-Hulk monsters, Agatha’s musical number, and Shang-Chi in a Western setting.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will reportedly be dropping on January 25, 2025 (via Nexus Point News). Created by Jeff Trammell, the series focuses on Peter Parker’s aka Spider-Man’s life and origin story in an alternative universe. However, this time Norman Osborn will be his mentor instead of Tony Stark.
Eyes of Wakanda
The four-part series will reportedly be released on August 6, 2025. It revolves around Wakandan warriors’s journey to get their hands on the dangerous vibranium artifacts.
Marvel Zombies
The animated miniseries will be available to stream in October 2025. It is part of the What If..? universe and revolves around survivors’ battle against heroes and villains who have turned into zombies.
