Fans of General Hospital believe Violet Finn will return sooner than expected despite her most recent departure. Introduced in 2019, Jophielle Love portrayed Violet Finn as the daughter of Dr. Hamilton Finn and his ex-fiancée, Hayden Barnes. However, she has spent most of her time with her aunt Brooke and Uncle Chase during her father’s rehab. Now, the latest episode confirms her departure from the series but fans have held high hopes for her return in the future.

Could Violet Finn return to General Hospital?
No confirmed reports suggest Violet Finn’s return to General Hospital. However, Jophielle Love has expressed hope for her potential comeback.
Dr. Hamilton previously experienced his father’s loss, making him fall into depression and turning into an alcoholic. To recover from the situation, he was then sent to rehabilitation. At the time, his daughter Violet was left with Aunt Brook Lynn and Uncle Chase. She used to live at Quartermine mansion with them.
As per the latest storyline, Dr. Hamilton has been released from rehabilitation after his confirmed sobriety. He has decided to begin a new chapter by moving to Seattle. This means that Violet now has to reunite with him and move, too.
While Violet’s departure is confirmed, many think she will return to Port Charles in the future. Some suggested that she could be added to Quartermine Dynamics again if her stay with her father becomes trickier. Also, she could be involved in storylines around events and holidays. This means that she could come to her aunt and uncle for celebratory occasions.
In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Love addressed her emotional exit from General Hospital. She said, “She was happy to be on her way to see her dad, and also incredibly sad to leave her new home and family at the Quartermaines. And I felt just like that on this last day.” Love continued, “It was almost like crying while smiling… and then I realized I was the one going through that door!”
Nevertheless, Love also hopes she can return to Port Charles with her dad in the future. However, she isn’t aware of what storyline she could play a part in and when she will return. “I could be back next year or in 10 years! In the meantime, you can see me on Will Trent, and let’s see what other projects I get to work on. I am excited to see what happens.”
