Sam McCall is Lucas Jones’ half-sister; they share the same paternal blood. McCall is originally the daughter of mob boss Julian Jerome and Alexis Davis. The former happens to be a biological father to Lucas too. Upon his birth, Jerome sold Lucas into the black market. He was subsequently adopted by Dr. Tony Jones and his ex-wife, Bobbie Spencer.
