Travis Kelce detailed his Taylor Swift Yankees game date during a podcast

During the October 16 episode of his podcast ‘New Heights,’ Travis Kelce shared details about his recent outing with Taylor Swift at a New York Yankees game. As he reflected on the Kansas City Chiefs’ bye week, Kelce took a moment to discuss the experience. He admitted to having “mixed feelings” about the October 14 outing, where the couple was spotted at Yankee Stadium for the first game of the American League Championship Series.

“The whole time I’m screaming,” Travis Kelce said. “I’m in hostile territory because it’s the Bronx Bombers and I’m at the Yankees Stadium in the playoffs. I’m over here cheering for the Guards because I’m a Cleveland,” he shared with his brother Jason Kelce, who also cohosts the podcast with him.

Kelce went on to share more about the experience, admitting it was tough to support the away team while also wanting to enjoy the night with Swift and their friends. “I was there trying to have some fun with Tay and everybody, all our friends…We had an unbelievable crew with us and hanging with us,” he said, adding that despite the Guardians’ loss, the game was still exciting.

“It was cool to see Yankees Stadium ’cause I’ve always wanted to see that thing in person — in a playoff game, in a hostile environment — and it didn’t disappoint, man,” The Kansas City Chiefs player stated.
