As per reports from Variety, Ryan Murphy, one of the co-creators, revealed the news onstage at a promotional event held in Los Angeles, about Charlie Hunnam portraying the case of Gein. Till now we know that Ed Gein, too belongs from Wisconsin like Dahmer. He gained notoriety in the 1950s when law enforcement uncovered his gruesome activities.
Not only had he murdered several individuals. But he also exhumed bodies from a nearby cemetery, using their remains to create various household items and garments. Gein’s chilling story later inspired iconic characters in popular culture, such as Norman Bates in Psycho and Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.
