Rumors and posters surfacing, suggest a possible comeback of this iconic character played by Eminem. Audiences can’t wait to see if a new version will bring back the classic charm and fun vibe of the original B-Rabbit.

Here’s everything you need to know whether Eminem’s B-Rabbit Netflix sequel is happening and if the posters circulating online are real.

Is Netflix’s B-Rabbit movie poster real or fake?

No, the B-Rabbit movie poster is not real and it’s not coming out anytime soon.

On Saturday, September 7, 2024, a poster on Facebook took the internet by storm. This intriguing poster hints at the arrival of a rumored B-Rabbit film on Netflix. Seemingly starring the legendary 15-time Grammy winner, Eminem. In the image, Eminem is captured sitting pensively outside a weathered brick building, his expression unreadable. While a massive billboard proclaiming ‘B-Rabbit’ looms in the background. The poster says it’s a Netflix original, and the title is playfully adorned with marijuana leaves.

Another poster was also uploaded on Facebook recently, where it features the movie title crafted from a recreational drug. Eminem sits on the building’s edge, puffing on a joint. He’s dressed in a white bunny suit and gazing directly at the camera.

Will Eminem appear in the 8-Mile sequel, B-Rabbit?

No, Eminem will not be returning for an 8-Mile 2 sequel as B-Rabbit.

In recent years, numerous unreliable sources have spread rumors regarding the creation of an 8-Mile 2. But none of these assertions have proven to be true. Sadly, Eminem’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, confirmed in October 2023 on X (formerly Twitter) that there is no sequel to 8 Mile currently in the works. He stated that it, “does not and won’t exist.”

An alternative source indicated that during a conversation with TMZ in January 2023, Mekhi Phifer rejected any discussions about a sequel, emphasizing that certain films are better off standing alone as it is. He added to it by saying,

“Sometimes, it’s just best to leave it at one, sometimes it’s best to just leave it alone. Once you make a classic, no reason to fool around with it.”

As per The Direct, this confirms that an 8-mile 2 sequel won’t be happening anytime soon whether it’s a sequel, or reboot. However, the main cast members of the movie include Eminem, Kim Basinger, Brittany Murphy, Mekhi Phifer, and more.

Until now, 8-mile received a plethora of award nominations and wins, most notably an Academy Award for Best Original Song for “Lose Yourself,” credited to Eminem, Jeff Bass, and Luis Resto at the 75th Academy Awards. Additionally, 8 Mile was recognized as one of the top films of 2002 by various publications.

Viewers can easily stream 8-Mile (2002) on Tubi TV.
