In a touching scene, Sunny and Zen meet for the first time, sharing a heartfelt connection.

Suzie, however, is determined not to let Sunny sacrifice herself. Mixxy suggests that they can save Sunny by removing her code, and Hiromasa reveals that they can take her to Tokyo for the procedure. However, they need to split up to avoid the Yakuza’s pursuit.

Despite Suzie’s concerns for Hiromasa’s safety, Mixxy volunteers to take Sunny to Tokyo. The robot suggests going on Tanaka’s truck but there is a twist. Tanaka is on the Truck as well and Mixxy is in cahoots with him. Although Mixxy appears sad, it seems she was helping Suzie to get information about her to transfer it to Hime.

He reveals in the letter that whatever he did was for Suzie and is hopeful about their reunion. This letter gives hope about Masa’s comeback in Season 2 to save his family from Yakuza alongside Sunny.

Who died in Sunny Season 1?

The most shocking death in the Sunny finale is that of Jin, Hime’s cousin. In a ruthless power play, Hime kills Jin to take over as the new leader of the Yakuza clan.

The scene unfolds with Hime visiting Jin, bringing along her father’s favorite alcohol. Initially, it seems like Hime might spike the drink to kill Jin, but the real twist comes when she attacks him with a broken glass from the same bottle during the festivities.
