The Start-Up K-drama actor Kim Seon-Ho is in talks to play the male lead in an upcoming Korean movie, Delusion. It is a webtoon-based period fantasy-mystery romance film. As reported by Xports News, on August 14, 2024, the popular actor’s agency Salt Entertainment confirmed the news. They stated, “It is true that Kim Seon-ho received an offer for ‘Hyun-ho’ (Delusion) and is positively reviewing it.”
Previously, Kim Seon-Ho’s co-star from Start-Up, Bae Suzy received the offer to portray the female lead in Delusion. On July 30, 2024, her agency Management Soop revealed the news by releasing an official statement. As per Newsen, the agency stated, “It’s a project that we’ve been offered. We’re reviewing it.”

As mentioned earlier, the hit K-drama Start-Up co-stars Kim Seon-Ho and Bae Suzy are in talks to join the new period mystery Korean Delusion as the lead cast members. The upcoming film is an adaptation of the highly celebrated webtoon of the same title, written by Hongjacga.
The acclaimed South Korean filmmaker Han Jae-Rim will act as the director of the much-awaited film. He has previously helmed several other notable movies. The list includes – The Face Reader, Emergency Declaration and The Show Must Go On, among others.
As reported by Xports News, Bae Suzy received the offer to play the role of the central female character Song Jeong-Hwa. The character is a suspicious vampire woman. In the meantime, the news outlet also reported that actor Kim Seon-Ho is in talks to portray the central male character Yoon I-Ho, a painter. The story of Delusion will unfold when the painter starts to experience mysterious incidents after getting a commission to create a portrait of the suspicious woman.
Thus, it will be quite intriguing for fans to witness the Start-Up co-stars coming together to play such unique roles in this upcoming Korean movie.
