The character is a Muchon Town police officer who used to be a renowned detective. A terrifying tragedy turned his life completely upside down.
Meanwhile, actress Go Bo-Gyeol will play one of the most significant roles of Choi Na-Kyeom in the new series. She is a woman who was one of the classmates of Ko Jung-Woo in high school. The character has deep romantic feelings for Jung-Woo. The main cast list for Black Out also includes actress Kim Bo-Ra. She will be seen portraying the pivotal character Ha Seol. The character is a woman who has been traveling all across the country after taking a leave of absence from her medical school. She ends up staying at Muchon Town.
