However, the rights of It Starts With Us have not yet been acquired by any studio, considering it came out in 2022.
Director Justin Baldoni, who also played the role of Ryle Kincaid, spoke about the possibility of the sequel. “I think that there are better people for that one. I think Blake Lively is ready to direct, that’s what I think,” he shared with Entertainment Tonight.
In another interview, Baldoni told TV Insider that there hasn’t been any discussion from his side with Colleen Hoover or Blake Lively about It Starts With Us. He said, “I have no idea what that story would be. I’m somebody who’s just doing my best to stay in the present and stay in the here and in the now and not think too far ahead.”
