Suicide Squad Isekai episode 9 recap
Episode 9 picks up where the previous episode left off. Fione notices that the queen is not her mother. As she asks for her mother, the lady tells her she has been disposed of. Fione tries to attack the lady but is caught and strangled. However, Cecil arrives just in time and reveals she is the Undead King and the reason for the war. She insults Cecil, reminding him about his dead wife.
However, he doesn’t listen and runs away with Fione. Cecil reminds her to be brave for the people, but their conversation is interrupted by the minister, who bashes into the door. He opens the door and finds Fione wearing Harley’s makeup. Fione knocks him out, taking out all her frustration.
Meanwhile, the Undead King caused massive panic in the capital, but Fione delivers a message to the people, telling them to seek refuge in the castle. This enrages the king, who floods the castle. He tries to take out Fione, but she is saved by Harley and the team, who arrive just in time. Harley and Deadshot deal with the zombies while the rest go to save Fione.
The Undead King summons Enchantress to deal with Harley and Deadshot. However, Arthur arrives to even out the odds. In the meantime, Clayface and Rick encounter Katana and fight. The latter defeats Clayface and leads them into the fortress. Harley discovers how to use magic and defeats Enchantress with Arthur. The episode ends with Clayface and Rick finding a monster with June Moone trapped inside.
