The first season of the MGM Plus series Hotel Cocaine has recently ended with its eight-episode run and fans are wondering if the series is over, canceled, or if it has been renewed for another season. Created by Chris Brancato, the series chronicles the tale of Roman Compte. He is a Cuban exile who serves as the general manager of The Mutiny Hotel, a stylish hub in Miami. It served as a breeding ground for the cocaine craze between the late 70s and early 80s.

Has Hotel Cocaine ended?
Hotel Cocaine’s first season has ended. However, it is currently unconfirmed if the show itself has ended or not.
The crime drama thriller was reportedly created as a limited series. Despite this, the first season ended in a manner that teased the arrival of a second season. The first season ended with Nestor and CIA agent Hal showing a photo confirming that Roman’s long-believed deceased wife Estela, is actually still alive and in Cuba.
Is Hotel Cocaine canceled or renewed for Season 2?
As of this writing, it is not confirmed if Hotel Cocaine is canceled after one season. The show has also currently not been renewed for more seasons.
Season 1 has only just ended. And, MGM Plus is likely waiting to see how the show performs in the coming weeks in terms of viewership and rating and whether it will be positive.
