SEVENTEEN announces October 2024 comeback & world tour

The fall of 2024 will be extra special for SEVENTEEN fans as the group announced a new comeback and world tour schedule. As per the boy group’s label, Pledis Entertainment, SEVENTEEN will release a new mini album in October.

After the mini album’s global unveiling, the group will embark on their 2024 Right Here World Tour. The self-producing music group will travel to Korea, the United States, Japan, and other Asian countries for their new world tour.

History-making year of SEVENTEEN

Before the new EP’s release, SEVENTEEN is all set to make another record. They will headline Lollapalooza Berlin as the first K-pop act. Lollapalooza 2024 Berlin will occur on September 7 and 8 at Olympic Park and the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.

Overall, 2024 has been a record-making year for the “Don’t Wanna Cry” crooners. The group was named UNESCO’s Goodwill Ambassador of Youth. They delivered a speech at the UNESCO center in June to commemorate the new beginning.

Joshua delivered the main speech by highlighting the importance of dreams and hope for the young generation. His UNESCO speech made SEVENTEEN fans emotional, and thousands of fans took to social media to praise his oratory skills. The K-pop artist reiterated the value of having goals and dreams, urging the youth never to let anyone belittle their aims.

SEVENTEEN also became the first act to perform at the UK’s Glastonbury Festival in June. Critics and fans appreciated the stage performance. A critic applauded the pop group’s impact on stage by stating, “The band didn’t disappoint. All 13 (confusingly, SEVENTEEN comprises 13 members, split into three groups) took to the stage and delivered a performance that felt calibrated to put a smile on anybody’s face, fan or not.”

After a successful first half, SEVENTEEN prepares to welcome a new era through their October comeback. The new project will mark SEVENTEEN’s 12th mini-album release.
