Serendipity’s Embrace episode 4 release date has recently been announced. Starring Kim So-Hyun as Lee Hong-Ju and Chae Jong-Hyeop as Kang Hu-Yeong, this romance K-drama centers around two high schoolmates who find each other after a decade.
In the previous episode, Hu-Yeong becomes annoyed with Hong-Ju. She seems to have not understood his feelings towards her. After learning about her dating history with Bang Jun-Oh (Yun Ji-On), Hu-Yeong decides to leave for the US. On the way to the airport, he learns that Hong-Ju met with an accident. After Hu-Yeong reaches the hospital, he gets angry at Hong-Ju for saying her situation is not a “big deal.”
tvN recently shared the Serendipity’s Embrace episode 4 trailer, featuring the lead pair’s growing closeness.

Serendipity’s Embrace episode 4 will air on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 8:40 p.m. on tvN. It will also be available to stream on Viki. Consisting of eight episodes, the romance K-drama airs twice a week on Monday and Tuesday. Hence, episode 5 can be expected to release on Monday, August 5, 2024.

Serendipity’s Embrace episode 4 trailer begins with a confused Hong-Ju ruffling her hair in irritation. She asks Hu-Yeong to stop flirting with her, but he only wants to take care of his first love and thus picks her up when they arrive at her apartment.
Referring to his feelings, Hu-Yeong narrates, “I have never joked. Not now, not 10 years ago.” The trailer further shows Hong-Ju thinking about Hu-Yeong’s behavior. She wonders what is wrong with him. Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend, Jun-Oh, wants her back as he says, “You told me that you’d never change.” In the meantime, Hu-Yeong quietly witnesses the former couple’s argument.
Later, Hong-Ju tells Hu-Yeong that she feels embarrassed because he has to see her failed relationship. In response, he says, “I am happy that your relationship has failed.” The trailer ends with Hu-Yeong leaning toward Hong-Ju, teasing their first kiss.
