ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) Gives August 2024 Comeback Update at KCON LA

K-pop act Zerobaseone (ZB1) has released the official poster of their new comeback mini-album, Cinema Paradise, which will be released in August 2024. The K-pop rookies teased the EP’s arrival on their KCON LA stage, sending fans into a frenzy.

Zerobaseone debuted after participating in Mnet’s reality show, Boys Planet. Among 98 participants, Kim Ji Woong, Zhang Hao, Sung Ha-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae Rae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Gun Wook, and Han Yujin became the winning lineup after gaining the most votes.

Since their debut on July 10, 2023, the rookie supergroup has already released three extended plays, including Youth In The Shade, Melting Point, and You Had Me At Hello. Amid the three releases, two of the extended plays topped South Korea’s Circle Album Chart.

ZEROBASEONE (ZB1) announces comeback album CinemA ParadisE at KCON LA 2024

After Zerobaseone’s May release, You Had Me At Hello, the “Feel The Pop” crooners will unveil their second album, Cinema Paradise, in August. The mini album will mark the group’s fourth overall release.

Under Wakeone Entertainment, Zerobaseone has already made history with its debut mini-album. The group’s first EP, Youth In The Shade, became the most pre-ordered debut album of a K-pop male rookie group, receiving over 780,000 pre-orders within five days of the teaser release.

Following the success, ZB1 kept their momentum intact with the next drops. The K-pop group’s May EP, You Had Me At Hello, sold over 1,422,010 copies within a week of its release, earning another number 1 on South Korea’s Circle Album chart. Meanwhile, the new comeback album is not the only thing that ZB1 has teased for the second half of 2024.

ZB1 will begin their Timeless World Tour at Seoul’s KSPO Dome on September 20, 2024. They will conclude their world tour at Japan’s Yokohama at K-Arena on December 5. Overall, the group will hold 14 concerts across the globe. Stay tuned for more updates.
