Mission: Yozakura Family episode 14 recap
The episode starts with Mutsumi having a nightmare about her past. She wakes up and looks for Taiyo but finds him busy working on his laptop. Meanwhile, Taiyo stays up to investigate the drive he had retrieved from Makoto’s office, and he finds information on one of their hotels.
The next day, Taiyo wakes up on a boat in the sea with Kyoichiro, who tells him he brought him here to bond. However, he soon learns about the training as Kyoichiro calls bounty hunters to his location. Taiyo manages to fend off the bounty hunters, but a torpedo flies in and destroys the boat. Kyoichiro then warns him that Tanpopo is a government-level organization.
Kyoichiro confirms Taiyo’s suspicions about the hotel, and the latter sneaks into it. He infiltrates the hotel as a bellhop, and Kyoichiro informs him that Shinzo is on his way as backup. Taiyo tries to sneak up to the suite room but is unable to make it up as he cannot bypass facial recognition.
Elsewhere, Makoto gives Nohmen the doping agent Hazakura, which acts as a substitute for Yozakura’s blood. Taiyo interrupts their conversation, but Makoto is able to retreat. Nohmen takes the Hazakura and confronts Taiyo. Thanks to the Hazakura’s effects, he could beat Taiyo easily. However, Shinzo appears just in time to save his brother. The episode ends with Shinzo getting ready to confront Nohmen.
