Sharmajee Ki Beti ending spoilers

In the ending of Sharmajee Ki Beti, the characters found resolution and growth in their personal journeys. Gurveen Sharma shared her feelings of liking girls instead of boys with her mother, Kiran. Additionally, Kiran eventually opened a shop where she displayed her crafts and handmade products, fulfilling her dream of craftsmanship. Tanvi, another central character, left her love behind to follow her dream of becoming a cricket champion.

After facing her struggles, Jyoti Sharma also gained love and appreciation from her daughter. Meanwhile, the school gave her a car as a token of appreciation for her dedication to her profession. Her daughter, Swati Sharma, ultimately found happiness and acceptance as she experienced her first period, marking her transition into womanhood with confidence and joy.

Did Jyoti Sharma earn her daughter’s love?

Sharmajee Ki Beti showcased different women’s perspectives, beginning with the life of Jyoti Sharma and her daughter Swati Sharma. Swati, a teenage girl struggling with her curly hair, felt out of place as her classmates, including her close friend Gurveen, started getting their periods while she did not. This led to frustration and low self-confidence due to concerns about an underdeveloped body.

Initially, Swati’s mother, Jyoti, had been preoccupied with her job as a teacher at a tuition center. She loved teaching and didn’t see herself as just a wife and mother, which resulted in her not giving enough time to Swati. Her father handled all responsibilities related to Swati, creating a distance between mother and daughter.

The tension between them escalated when Jyoti failed to attend Swati’s school play, where Swati won an award for her performance as Ramu Chacha, a male character. After this, Swati confronted her mother, accusing her of focusing solely on her grades and neglecting their personal connection. This deeply hurt Jyoti.

The story took a turn when Jyoti received acclaim from her institution and a car as a gift for her dedication to her profession. Swati felt proud of her mother and began to understand her better. Moreover, she tried to cooperate with her more. By the film’s end, Swati finally got her first period, which boosted her confidence and alleviated her stress.

Did Tanvi Sharma become a successful cricketer?

On the other side of the story was Tanvi Sharma, a state-level cricketer who fell in love with an aspiring actor. Tanvi was different from other girls since she didn’t like to wear makeup or adorn herself. She always wore t-shirts and track pants and focused on playing cricket. Her boyfriend often felt embarrassed by the way she dressed. One day, Tanvi’s boyfriend proposed to her, as they both genuinely loved each other. However, in a surprising twist, he demanded that Tanvi give up cricket and act like other women. However, Tanvi’s passion for cricket led her to choose her dreams over her relationship.

Similarly, Kiran also overcame her fears. She discovered her husband’s extramarital affair but chose to comfort herself. Moreover, she started her own shop to showcase her handicraft talents. In the conclusion of Sharmajee Ki Beti, all these women pursued their dreams despite societal challenges, creating an empowering environment for women.

Sharmajee Ki Beti is currently available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
