What is The Witcher about?
The series has a total of 24 episodes. The show begins with the aftermath of Geralt of Riva’s battle with Kikimora in 1231. He meets the cursed princess-turned-bandit Renfri in the town of Blaviken. A wizard nanes Steregobor has been hunting her as she was born during an eclipse. Later, the wizard lures Geralt into his hideout and tries to convince him to kill Renfri. However, he refuses while Renfri offers him a counter-proposal as well. He refuses her with a do-or-die ultimatum but later realizes that she will not stop at anything. The battle of life and death begins with every character getting entangled in the wicked trap.
The star cast features Henry Cavill, Anya Chalotra, Freya Allan, and many others in key roles.
