Kim Bo-Ra‘s Black Out K-drama release date and cast have been revealed. The upcoming MBC thriller series will revolve around a young man and his struggle to prove his innocence. But the cruelty surrounding him will bring out his dark side.
Based on the best-selling German novel Snow White Must Die, Black Out tells the story of Go Jung-Woo (Byun Yo-Han), a 19-year-old high school student. His life turns upside down after the murder of two female classmates. MBC recently released the trailer for the new K-drama, featuring the harsh reality of the main character. Meanwhile, Kim Bo-Ra plays Ha-Seol in the thriller suspense drama.

Kim Bo-Ra’s Black Out K-drama: When is the release date?
Kim Bo-Ra’s Black Out K-drama will premiere on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 9:50 p.m. KST on MBC. According to MyDramaList, it will consist of 14 episodes airing twice a week on Friday and Saturday.

The K-drama Black Out stars Byun Yo-Han as Go Jung-Woo, Go Jun as Noh Sang-Cheol, Go Bo-Gyeol as Choi Na-Gyeom, and Kim Bo-Ra as Ha Seol. Other cast members include Bae Jong-Ok, Kwon Hae-Hyo, Cha Soon-Bae, Jang Won-Young, Lee Ga-Sub, Park Mi-Hyun, Kim Seo-Kyung, and Lee Tae-Goo.

Jung-Woo gets entangled in murder accusations with no one beside him who believes in his innocence. After facing society’s brutal treatment, the young man turns his direction to the dark side.
Jung-Woo doesn’t remember killing those people, but nobody believes him. When his parents too turn their backs, he is filled with hatred. In the trailer, he says, “It was me who killed them,” highlighting the moment when he accepts his fate.
The thriller suspense K-drama will premiere on MBC in August 2024.
