Thai superstar Lisa, aka Lalisa Manoban, made her solo debut with a self-titled single album in 2021. Though the single album only comprised two tracks, it made an impressive impact on the music charts. The single album Lalisa sold over 845,866 copies in South Korea, ranking number 1 on the Circle Album Chart.

Lisa’s New Song ‘Rockstar’ release time in US, UK, India & South Korea
Blackpink Lisa’s new song will be released on June 28 at 9 a.m. KST in South Korea, 1 a.m. BST in the UK, 5.30 a.m. IST in India, and on June 27 at 8 p.m. ET, and 5 p.m. PT in the U.S. Generally, K-pop songs are released either at 6 p.m. KST or at 1 p.m. KST, so the new release time has created confusion among fans.
Before the much-anticipated song’s release, Lisa raised the temperature with a daring teaser to glimpse the forthcoming track’s concept. In the ten-second stylistic teaser, the K-pop stunner appears on the streets of Thailand, breaking into dynamic dance moves. The first-paced teaser is sure to show that the upcoming song will be true to Lisa’s signature style, a blend of EDM, Hip-hop, and groovy beats.
Meanwhile, “Rockstar” is just the beginning for Lisa, who has planned a lot more for fans in the future. The “Money” crooner will make her acting debut in season 3 of HBO’s The White Lotus. The singer will be credited with her original name, Lalisa Manobal (also spelled Manoban).
