Episode 5 of My Sweet Mobster aired on JTBC and Viki on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. After seeing him in a gang rampage, the new episode shows that Jang Hyun Woo (Kwon Yool) has a preconceived notion about Seo Ji Hwan (Uhm Tae Goo). The episode also sees Seo Ji Hwan letting Go Eun Ha (Han Sun Hwa) stay at his place as she does not have her place to live.
My Sweet Mobster episode 5 further sees Ji Hwan hiring Go Eun Ha as the tutor for all the members of his group. He also makes them throw her a welcome party with delicious food and drinks. Towards the end of the episode, viewers see Ji Hwan and Eun Ha growing closer to each other.

Continuing the events of the previous episode, My Sweet Mobster episode 5 begins with Jang Hyun Woo arriving at the seaside to see Seo Ji Hwan. He is shocked to find Go Eun Ha (Han Sun Hwa) there. Then he tells Ji Hwan that bringing a woman to that place is quite reckless of him. He further explains how dangerous the circumstance is. Ji Hwan leaves Eun Ha behind with Hyun Woo and drives away. The latter then drives Eun Ha home, advising her not to trust a man like Ji Hwan as he has a dangerous criminal record.
The episode reveals that Hyun Woo has come across Ji Hwan in the past. He saw him covered in blood at a violent gang rampage, where innocent people got injured. So, he firmly believes that people like Ji Hwan can not change. After Hyun Woo drops off Eun Ha at her place, she goes straight to Ji Hwan’s place, who lets her take her bag and leave his place at night. Moreover, after what Hyun Woo said to him, he thinks it will be safer for her to be in the streets than his place.
Later on in My Sweet Mobster episode 5, Eun Ha goes to a sauna, where she meets one of Ji Hwan’s employees who ran away from his house after making a mistake. The man gets into trouble with other gang members, and Eun Ha gets involved. Soon, Ji Hwan arrives at the sauna and takes Eun Ha to his house.
Um Tae Goo lets Han Sun Hwa stay at his place
In episode 5 of My Sweet Mobster, viewers see Seo Ji Hwan asking Go Eun Ha to stay at his house until she finds a place for herself. Eun Ha agrees and insists he gives her a job as she does not want to stay there for free, so Ji Hwan hires her as a tutor for his group members. However, some members are disappointed, especially since she will tutor them.
The next day, Eun Ha meets Jang Hyun Woo. She wants to find out whether he is the person she has been looking for, as he has the same name as the boy from her childhood. However, the episode does not show what Hyun Woo says to her.
What happens at the end of My Sweet Mobster episode 5?
Towards the end of My Sweet Mobster episode 5, viewers see Seo Ji Hwan and Go Eun Ha conversing about the boy from the latter’s childhood with whom she has the best memories. From Ji Hwan’s reactions, it is clear that there is a high probability that the boy from Eun Ha’s childhood days is him.
The episode then shows Ji Hwan and the other members of his group throwing Eun Ha a welcome party. They have delicious food and drinks together. The group even plays a drinking game, leading Eun Ha to get a bit drunk. In the end, Eun Ha and Ji Hwan sit on a bench in his beautiful garden while Eun Ha drinks. She goes on to hold his face in her hands and ends up kissing him in a drunken state. The episode ends with Eun Ha passing out in Ji Hwan’s arms.
